Any laundry item that is deemed not safe for washing will not be washed. Ineligible items will be returned along with cleaned laundry items upon drop-off.

Customer credit may be issued for lost or damaged items tendered through our laundering service, pending that you (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “The Customer”) have provided Washable by Cxnscious and its employees and/or contractors a detailed list of each item, accompanied with the order at the time of pick-up.

This information can be added at the time of payment confirmation.

This list must include, but is not limited to, the brand, item type, color and size of each individual item in the order. The value of the customer credit for Washable by Cxnscious services shall not exceed the value of any lost or damaged item, and shall not exceed more than 5 times the value of our charge for cleaning the order. If no list is provided at the time of pick-up, Washable by Cxnscious is not held responsible for any lost or damaged item, and there will be no customer credit or compensation of any form.

This process includes the gentle handling of your laundry items, cross-referencing any itinerary list provided with the order, to then washing, drying, and folding your laundry items in accordance with the industry best practices for every type of washable fabric type. For added peace of mind, you'll be able to leave a review for your order upon completion. This helps build trust in our systems and processes, motivates our Washers to provide the best service experience possible, and ensures your laundry items are receiving the royal treatment!
